ONCE UPON A TIME...

I was exactly where you are right now.

I was a talented, experienced hairdresser — but I knew I was capable of so much more.

I was working too many hours, giving too much of myself away and still not creating the freedom, income or business I knew was possible.

Something had to change.

And it wasn’t about working harder.

I needed to think differently, work differently and understand my craft on a completely different level.

I stopped relying on outdated ways of working, strengthened my technical knowledge, learnt to truly understand colour and started backing myself as the expert I already was.

I changed the way I priced.
The clients I attracted.
The hours I worked.
And, most importantly, the way I saw myself.

That shift changed everything.

Today, I teach other ambitious hairdressers how to do the same — to become exceptional at their craft, charge properly for their expertise and build a business that gives them more money, more freedom and more of their life back.

 
 
 
 

Once I invested in my skills, my colour knowledge and my mindset, everything changed.

I stopped trying to fit my life around my hairdressing business — and created a business that worked for me.

  • I slowed down and elevated the experience, creating more space for bespoke, one-to-one appointments instead of rushing from client to client.
  • I stopped overbooking myself and built a diary that actually felt manageable.
  • I started charging properly for my expertise, focusing on higher-value services and loyal clients who returned again and again.
  • I chose quality over quantity — better work, better clients and fewer exhausting days behind the chair.
  • And perhaps the biggest shift of all: I changed what I believed was possible for me.

I realised I didn’t need to work harder to create more.

I needed stronger skills, greater certainty and a business model that allowed me to earn more, work smarter and have more freedom.
