Terms of Participation
By purchasing this product, you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the following terms stated herein.


Program / Service

The Haircut Academy (herein referred to as “Company” or “Program”) agrees to provide the Program identified in the online commerce shopping cart. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this agreement as a condition of participation.

Note: These Terms & Conditions also apply retroactively to all previous programs operated under prior names (The Cutt School, Celebrity Styles Haircut Academy), and continued participation in any legacy program constitutes acceptance of these terms.


Disclaimer

Client understands that The Haircut Academy is strictly an educational program. The Company is not an employee, agent, legal professional, manager, financial advisor, or business manager. Client acknowledges that the Company:

  1. Will not procure employment, business, or sales for Client.

  2. Will not provide accounting, tax, investment, or business management advice.

  3. Will not act as a therapist or provide psychological counseling.

  4. Will not act as a publicist or manage media exposure.

  5. Will not introduce Client to the Company’s network of contacts unless otherwise agreed.

No relationship beyond the program exists unless a separate agreement is entered.


Fees & Access

  • Access: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the course on the platform, not the Client’s lifetime. If the course is retired or removed, access ends.

  • Payment: PayPal, credit card, or debit card.

  • No Refunds: All fees are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation policies apply for subscription renewal only.


Confidentiality

All information shared in the program or among participants is confidential and proprietary. Clients agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential information, including participant identities, discussions, or program content. Breach may result in injunctive relief.


Intellectual Property

All course materials remain the sole property of The Haircut Academy. Clients are granted a single-user license for personal use only and may not copy, distribute, sell, or use materials for business purposes. Any breach may result in injunctive relief.


Client Responsibility

The Program is educational. Clients are fully responsible for their progress and results. No guarantees are made regarding skill acquisition or income.


Independent Contractor Status

Participation does not create a partnership or employment relationship. Each party retains control over their own actions.


Force Majeure

Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes).


Severability / Waiver

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive rights.


Limitation of Liability

Clients use the program at their own risk. Company is not liable for damages arising from participation, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


Non-Disparagement

Clients agree not to disparage the Company, its programs, staff, or participants publicly or privately.


Assignment / Modification / Termination

  • Clients may not assign this Agreement without written consent.

  • Company may modify terms at any time; updates will be posted on the website.

  • Company may terminate participation for breach of terms, disruption, or noncompliance without refund.


Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and staff from any claims or damages arising from participation, except in cases of Company’s sole negligence or misconduct.


Resolution of Disputes / Equitable Relief

  • All claims must be lodged within 100 days.

  • Arbitration is binding and enforceable in the courts of England & Wales.

  • Parties may seek equitable relief if monetary damages are inadequate.

Earnings Disclaimer

There are no guarantees of income or results. Outcomes depend on time, effort, skills, and individual circumstances.


Duty to Read

Clients acknowledge they have read and understood these terms and may not claim lack of reading as a defense.
